JALEOS (new collection)
In a small Andalusian village, summer unfolds its burning mantle. The wind whispers through the dry leaves, while the evening heat covers every corner in an aura of surrender. Slowly, as night falls, windows crack open, and the "jaleos" emerge from the darkness. Voices glide through the streets, singing chants full of passion, carrying with them the tradition and joy inherent to the Andalusian land.
I invite you to discover throughout the images of this silk shawls collection my perception of the gipsy magical dancing energy. “Jaleos”.

ABOUT ME
I was born in Caracas, and throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to travel around the world. I have lived in London, Madrid, and Barcelona, where I have worked as a visual artist and art director in visual communication for 16 years. I have participated in projects for brands in Europe and America, which has strengthened my skills and confidence to embark on my own path.
Life as a freelance has granted me the freedom to explore my creativity. Each day is a new adventure, and it brings me satisfaction to know that my vision can have a positive impact on the projects I engage in.
My passion for details and color is inspired by nature where I discover the elements that shape my pieces. That's why my studio is located in the middle of the countryside, immersed in the ever-changing natural surroundings of the Costa Brava. Here, I find the necessary inspiration to work with dedication and tranquility.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
My creative process is particularly nourished by my walks in nature. Wherever I am, I need to connect with the natural environment, where I find ideas. After completing a specific mood board for each piece, I move on to sketching. I create small sketches to decide on the composition, but the actual design emerges in the final illustration. I am passionate about capturing the beauty of landscapes and natural elements and depicting them in my designs with great detail. For this reason, each drawing takes me between two and three weeks to complete. Once finished, I scan the illustrations using a large-format scanner, which allows me to work on coloring while often preserving the integrity of the original pencil or brushwork.
The color palette of each collection always tries to follow the initial inspiration. During the manufacturing process of each piece, I pay great attention to detail and use materials and finishes of the highest possible quality. That's why I choose to work with small workshops, so I can oversee the entire process and ensure that each piece is exactly how I want it to be.
